About Sarah

Sarah Morgan joined S3 Ventures in 2021 and is currently a Vice President. She is responsible for evaluating potential investments and supporting portfolio companies. Sarah currently supports Alleviant, Buildforce, CereTax, Interplay Learning, SpectraWAVE, and Videate, and previously supported Tango Health (acquired by Benefitfocus).

Before joining S3, Sarah spent several years in corporate strategy at Microsoft, where she drove cross-company strategic initiatives. Previously, she was an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, advising on equity and debt financings, as well as M&A transactions in the Consumer and Retail industries.

Originally from Dallas, Sarah earned her MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin in 2022. She holds a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. Sarah also co-leads the Austin Women in VC organization.
