About Kathryn

Kathryn Deebel joined S3 Ventures in 2025 and serves as Director of Platform & Network. She leads the firm’s marketing and community-building initiatives, manages its nationwide network, and coordinates internal operations.

Prior to S3, Kathryn worked at Quiet Capital, where she managed marketing and brand initiatives. She also held roles at Gaingels and Golden Ratio—overseeing operations, portfolio management, and reporting. Most recently, she collaborated with HNWI communities to operationalize events, community engagement, and newsletters.

Kathryn earned a B.S. in Finance from The Schreyer Honors College and The Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.

Based in Austin, Kathryn enjoys painting, exploring the outdoors, and trying just about everything on ClassPass.
